Made from high quality wood, each has a clear view plastic panel with a magnetic ball inside. Using the attached stylus, children can trace the shape.

Each maze measures 150mm x 100mm.

Packed in a wooden tray.

Made from responsibly sourced wood.

  • Children love a good maze! With geometry now a huge part of the primary curriculum, it is vital that children have the ability to recognise and form 2D shapes in particular.
  • This set of ten 2D shapes allows children to be introduced to these shapes from a young age.
  • The attached stylus allows children form regular 2D shapes, whilst also subconsciously developing their awareness of their properties. I.e. sides of the same length.
  • This resource can be used throughout school, with the inclusion of trapezium and rhombus promoting discussion around unfamiliar shape names.
  • Use as a resource to start teaching about angles from year 2 upwards, e.g. differences between a square and a rhombus.
