This Specialist Crafts Easy Cut Lino makes cutting a breeze! It is is a revolution in lino printing as it is soft and cuts effortlessly, meaning that more time can be dedicated to the design rather than the effort of cutting.

Needs no special treatment except a light wipe over with a damp methylated rag to ensure inks will take to the surface. This will also ensure graphite transfers from carbon or tracing paper.

  • A flexible 3mm substrate that is easily cut with lino cutting tools.
  • Will also grip onto most surfaces making cutting safer.
  • Not much strength is required to make marks, making life easier and projects quicker.
  • Contains PVC.
  • Not suitable for laser cutting.
  • A4 (297 x 21mm).

Use lino cut designs as impression plates for slabs of clay to create relief tiles.

  • Ensure that the clay is not too wet, and the design has strong linear qualities.
  • Place the design face down onto the clay and apply pressure with a rolling pin.
  • Slowly lift the lino and reveal your design.
  • Once bisque fired, try applying a light coating of underglaze and gently wipe off the excess to highlight the textures.
